Instruction for completing the squad application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad.
Download, complete, sign and submit the Membership Application.
If applicable please include the following:
- A copy of your Driver’s License
- If you have an out-of-state Driver’s License, you must submit a current driving record report covering at least the last three years from the state that you are licensed in. Many states provide online access to personal driving record reports.
- Copies of any EMS certifications, including CPR.
Submit Your Application
We encourage you to drop off, fax or mail the completed application form rather than emailing it to the squad. The application contains very sensitive personal information and should not be emailed.
You may drop the completed packet off at the Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad located at 143 Catoctin Circle SE Leesburg VA 20175

The membership committee will contact you to discuss your application and provide you with the next steps.
